This California Consumer Privacy Act Notice (“Notice”) provides information to California residents, pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). This Notice is provided on behalf of Seagate Technology LLC and any parent, subsidiary or affiliate controlled by, under common control with, or controlling Seagate Technology LLC, including but not limited to affiliates operating under the LaCie name or brand, (collectively, “Seagate” or “we” or “us”). Please note that this Notice does not apply to our job applicants, employees, contractors, owners, directors, or officers where the Personal Information we collect about those individuals relates to their current, former, or potential role at Seagate.
Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Information
Under the CCPA, “Personal Information” is information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with a particular California resident or household.
We collect Personal Information from our interactions with you, such as when you contact us via our websites or on the phone, respond to a survey, or purchase a product or service, or register or return a product. We also collect Personal Information from other sources, such as publicly available databases and joint marketing partners, when they share the information with us.
Pursuant to the CCPA, we are providing the following information concerning the categories of Personal Information that we have collected or disclosed within the preceding 12 months.

Making Rights Requests Under the CCPA
